As a MVP customer you will enjoy:

• Convenient Upgrade Coverage
  Receive upgrades on your software free of charge for the one year coverage period. The upgrades are sent via U.S. Mail unless requested otherwise. Payment for shipping other than U.S. Mail is the responsibility of the customer.
   
• Toll-Free Access To Technical Support
  MVP customers have toll-free access to our prompt technical support staff during normal office hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Central Standard Time (Monday through Friday).
   
• Special Open-Door Training*
  One full day of free training is available for MVP customers and their co-workers to get them up and running as fast as possible. Training dates are at customer convenience.
  * Training must be completed within the one year period
  * Any travel expenses are responsibility of customers
   
• Animated Tutorial Request  
  TOPS has started creation of a series of animated software tutorials to illustrate the features and functions of TOPS Pro and MaxLoad Pro. As a MVP member, you will have special access to these tutorials and can even request TOPS to create tutorials for specific topics that will meet your need.
   
• Purchase New or Additional TOPS Products at MVP Pricing
  MVP subscribers can receive special discounts on all present and future TOPS software products.
   
• Free Damaged Disk Protection
  TOPS^® will replace any damaged disk free of charge during your MVP membership period.
   
• Newsletter Subscription/Information Updates
  You’ll receive a quarterly newsletter that explains the latest improvements to the TOPS^® software line and how to get the most out of your software investment. With the TOPS^® newsletter, you will also have up-to-date articles discussing the industry's leading news topics.

  TOPS^® will host update meetings for MVP customers at major industry trade shows to keep them informed of new product releases and to receive their valuable input on what they would like from us on an industry level.
   
• No Shipping Charges
  There will be no shipping charge on any upgrade or damaged disk. That means you will have the latest TOPS^® products for just the low MVP membership fee.
