  • Convenient Upgrade Coverage
    Receive upgrades on your software free of charge for the one year coverage period. The upgrades are sent via U.S. Mail unless requested otherwise. Payment for shipping other than U.S. Mail is the responsibility of the customer.
     
  • Toll-Free Access To Technical Support
    MVP customers have toll-free access to our prompt technical support staff during normal office hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Central Standard Time (Monday through Friday).
     
  • Special Open-Door Training*
    One full day of free training is available for MVP customers and their co-workers to get them up and running as fast as possible. Training dates are at customer convenience.
    * Training must be completed within the one year period
    * Any travel expenses are responsibility of customers

    TOPS has started creation of a seri
    es of animated software tutorials to illustrate the features and functions of TOPS Pro and MaxLoad Pro. As a MVP member, you will have special access to these tutorials and can even request TOPS to create tutorials for specific topics that will meet your need.
