Mix Pro - Create
Mixed Trays and Mixed Pallets

MixPro is a seamless module inside
TOPS®Pro which gives you the
flexibility to drag and drop any number of shipcases on to a pallet
to create mixed pallet loads for shipment or club store displays.
Together with CASY Tray feature, you can create custom trays and use
the MixTray to add various items and build special displays.
-
Knock Down on Pallets
Knockdown boxes are the 'flat' dimensions of a
shipcase. With the knockdown feature, just plug in the erected
size of your box and we'll convert it to the knockdown size for you
and then show you how to palletize the bundles.
-
Pallet Database
TOPS®Pro
comes with a data base of different pallet styles. You can also
create new pallets in certain style and size and specify deck board
and stringer board parameters.
-
Create Pallet
Patterns
TOPS®Pro allows you to calculate from
simple to the most complex pallet patterns. With a few clicks of the
mouse, you can enter all of your data in an easy to follow
sequential format. You can use a host of pre-defined shapes or
create a Create A Shape Yourself with the CASY
Module.
-
Create Custom Pallet
Patterns
On your pallet display, use the 'Modify' feature to
quickly design custom pallet patterns in
TOPS®Pro. You create the
footprint,
TOPS®Pro duplicates that footprint until your maximum pallet
height is achieved. Once you're done creating the pallet pattern you
can the rotate your layers, add caps, etc.
-
Alternate Pallet
Patterns
TOPS®Pro lets you rotate and
choose alternate pallet patterns at the click of the mouse. You have
the flexibility to rotate each layer of the pallet or even combine
two pallet patterns together.
-
Secondary Pallet
Patterns
TOPS®Pro can combine pallet patterns for you. Lets say you have one
pallet pattern for the first eight layers of your pallet, and you'd
like to insert one of the other pallet patterns
TOPS®Pro has generated.
No problem! With a few clicks of the mouse, you're done.
-
Pallet Add-On Options
When defining layers, you can add options like slip sheets, top
caps, straps and shrink wraps.
-
Stacking Strength
Analysis
TOPS®Pro
uses the McKee formula along with other factors
to calculate Stacking Strength results based on Edge Crush, Ring
Crush, or Kellicut answers. You have full flexibility to enter your
own paper and board values. You can also "filter" out values for
quick reference
