MVP Training Request

TOPS Software Maintenance and Support Plan (MVP) subscribers are eligible to receive up to 8 man-hours of software training each year. The followings training options are available:

 

Webinar Training Session
Attend training session using phone (or VOIP) and your web browser via GoToMeeting or WebEx. The TOPS trainer sends an e-mail invitation containing a website link, phone number, and access code. When participants click on the link, a brief download process begins which launches the respective web session. This meeting platform allows participants to view the trainer’s computer screen and follow along over telephone or your computer audio. There is no cost to participate as a guest. TOPS encourages on-line sessions to last no more than 2 hours.

 

On-site Training Session at TOPS in Richardson, Texas
MVP customers can travel to Richardson, Texas and attend up to one day of TOPS software training at our corporate facility. Your company is responsible for your travel and living expenses.

 

On-site Training Session
A TOPS representative will travel to your company and conduct up to one day of software training. On-site training provides course content tailored to your companies' specific needs and you will receive personalized attention to ensure a quick return on your investment.  *Your company is responsible for all travel and living expenses for our representative. Expenses will be billed as incurred and are usually within US$1,000.00 if within the United States and Canada.
