New Features in TOPS Pro
We have enhanced TOPS Pro to include a number of new features:

MixPro: The new mixed pallet editor can
now calculate layers of shipcases for you. After finding a pallet
pattern, select how many layers you would like MixPro to place on
the pallet. This new feature takes all of the guesswork out, as we
calculate the best footprints for you.

Knockdowns: Knockdown cartons are the
flattened dimensions of a shipping case. TOPS Pro can now calculate
the size of your knocked down shipping case from the erected
shipping case size.

MaxLoad Pro 2,5 is now Available!
MaxLoad Pro can now calculate loads based on Rail Cars! We
have added two algorithms that allow for loading Rail Cars with side
doors and split Rail Cars with a center beam. You can define your own
Rail Cars though the vehicle pull down menu, just like sea vans or
standard transit vehicles.
With the addition of the Maximum Axle Weight
feature in MaxLoad Pro 2.5, you can set the weight limit for truck
axles. This feature also allows you to define the acceptable axle
weight limits for specific regions.
MaxLoad Pro now has the ability to place your
SKUs into a shipcase, or TOTE. The TOTE can then be saved as a SKU
which can then be loaded onto pallets or into transit vehicles. Once
the Tote SKU is saved in MaxLoad Pro's database, the TOTE's contents
are available through the Print|Preview|Totes menu.
MaxLoad Pro 2.5 has the ability to save any Mixed
Pallet Manifest as a SKU. After a Mixed Pallet has been calculated,
select the "Save Manifest as SKU" option. The new Mixed Pallet SKU can
then be loaded into your transit vehicle just like a regular SKU. The
contents of the Mixed Pallet SKU type are displayed in the File|Print
Preview|Unitloads menu.
MaxLoad Pro can automatically calculate multiple
vehicles in a single analysis. This allows you to let MaxLoad decide
the best vehicles to fill your order from the "Select Vehicles" list.
In addition, MaxLoad Pro can now print easy to read reports that give
inventory for all vehicles in your multi-vehicle calculation.

of TOPS software to you upon receipt of your previous version
diskettes. As an MVP customer, however, you're entitled to all

Did You Know...
MaxLoad: You can view the properties of
any SKU in MaxLoad Pro on the fly. From the View Screen of your
calculated analysis, move the mouse pointer over the SKU you want to
view. Right click on the mouse, then click on the Properties from the
pop-up menu.
MaxLoad: If you have created Unitloads in
MaxLoad Pro, you can print them out! Go to the File Menu and select - Print|Print Preview|Unitloads.
TOPS Pro: You can use the new toolbar to
quickly make changes to your analysis. Let's say you've calculated a
pallet pattern and you want to change the maximum pallet height. On
your toolbar at the top of your screen, click on the button with the
pallet icon. This will take you to the Unitload Parameters dialog
box. Make your changes, then click on OK. You'll be right where you
left off in your analysis! You can also use the buttons for quick
access to the primary pack, secondary pack and transit vehicle
parameters.
